As a nonprofit organization, all sales are final. Every purchase directly supports Jawonio's mission by providing meaningful vocational opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other challenges. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase due to an exceptional circumstance, please contact the store and ask to speak with a manager. We are happy to review situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help whenever possible.
