Can anyone visit Brick It Again?
Yes! Brick It Again is open to everyone! We welcome the public and would love for you to stop by. Whether you're interested in exploring our products or just want to spend some time building with LEGO bricks, you're always invited to hang out with us.
Do you accept donations of old LEGO™ bricks?
Yes! We gladly accept donations of official LEGO™ or DUPLO™ bricks, no matter their age, condition, or how they're stored. Every brick helps, and we truly appreciate your generosity!
Do you sell LEGO bricks in bulk?
Yes, we do. We offer a variety of bulk LEGO bricks sorted by color, available for purchase both in-store and online.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Because our Order Fulfillment and Shipping systems are designed to process orders quickly and efficiently, we cannot change or cancel your shipping address once your order has entered the fulfillment process. However, once you receive your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund according to our Return Policy.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I mail my LEGO™ donation to the store instead of dropping it off in person?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to ship your donation to the store. Just be sure to clearly label the box with the following address:

Optionally, you may include your email address within the donation so we can send you a copy of your donation receipt for tax purposes.
Do my LEGO™ donations need to be clean, sorted, or part of a complete set?
Nope. Your donations don’t need to be clean, sorted, or part of a complete set. While we do appreciate it if you can remove things like pet hair, trash, or other non-LEGO™ items, there's no obligation to do so. They are perfect the way they are.
Can I get a donation receipt or letter for tax purposes?
Yes, absolutely! If you’re dropping off your donation, you can request a donation receipt at the time of drop-off. If you’re mailing in your donation, just include your name and email address. We’ll be happy to send you a digital copy of your donation letter.
How can I get involved with Brick It Again? Are there any volunteer or job opportunities available?
We’re always happy to welcome new volunteers! If you're interested in helping out, please fill out our volunteer form here.
Minimum age for volunteering is 16 years old(12+ with an accompanying Adult)

Do you buy or trade Lego sets and bricks with collectors?
At this time, we do not. If we decide to open up to buying or trading in the future, we’ll make a formal announcement to let everyone know.
