Your order goes though the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 2 emails: Order Confirmation, and Shipment Confirmation.

We only accept LEGO® brand bricks & Duplo bricks.

• We ask you to package your donation in a box (preferred) or a bag.
• We will accept theme-boxed packages as is, but we ask that you inform us if there are missing pieces that you know of.
• No need to wash or separate by color. Bring it in as you have it.
• You will receive a donation receipt via email or in store following the drop-off.

Because our Order Fulfillment and Shipping systems are designed to get your order on its way quickly and efficiently, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the fulfillment process. You may return it for an exchange or a refund once you receive it subject to the terms of our Return Policy. 

We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations.
