The LEGO 6296 Shipwreck Island is a 216-piece set released in 1996 under the Pirates theme. Built on a blue baseplate representing water, the model features an island outpost constructed around a wrecked pirate ship mast. It incorporates interactive play functions like a working crane with a cargo net, a skull-shaped catapult lookout, a hidden sliding compartment for a treasure map, and a built-in rock prison cell.
