LEGO 6492 Hypno Cruiser was a 157 piece Time Cruisers set with 2 minifigs released in 1996. It consists of a flying car with rear wheels, a front cow-catcher, a central compartment with a propeller, and a containment area and minifigures of Dr. Cyber and Tim as well as an Ingo figure. It was also called "Time Cruiser Navigator 2025".
